The Nevada Gold Pick Mining t Milling company of Salt Lake filed articles arti-cles of incorporation with the county clerk yesterday. The company owns claims in Nye county, Nevada. The capital stock is $1,000,000, divided into shares of the par value of $1 each. The officers are: President, N. T. Porter; vice-president, B. A. Perkins; secretary secre-tary and treasurer, Joseph Nelson. These, with J. Oberndorfer, Edwin Evans, Ev-ans, J. H. Garrett and J. R. Smith, compose the board of directors. The Deer Creek Copper to Gold Mining Min-ing company also filed its articles with the county clerk yesterday. The -articles do not state where the company's firopertv is located.
