It constituted weather which normally comes during the first week in April, according to J. Cecil Alter, chief of the local bureau. Mr. Alters gave some Interesting figures from Lhe records of the bureau bu-reau of times and temperatures that may be remembered by the old timers. 1 In the spring of during the first ; week in February. remarkable j spring weather was experienced. lie-J ginning with the 3rd of the month the mercury began to go up as though j spring had arrived.
