Early Next Week Five weeks of the present session of the legislature, have passed and the work executed hss been the enactment Into laws of ten measures which have been signed by the governor, while thirty bills, resolutions and memorials have been passed. All of the administrative measures, which provide for a change In th method of handling the finances of the state, have tpassed both house and ' are now in the hands of the engrossing snd enrolling committee and will be transmitted to the governor early the coming week. - Tomorrow the Bouthwlck antl-clgsrette antl-clgsrette bill Is promised by th committee com-mittee on manufactures and commerce to be reported to the house and the indications in-dications are that it will be tne caus of a pyrotechnic verbal display. MERRY TIME PROMI8ED. The committee Is reticent about what conclusion haa been reached on the Hoiithwlrk measure or whether the committee will report a rewritten bill, but a right merry time is promised when the measure comes befor the house for action. The administrative measures are senate bills, all havelng been Introduced Intro-duced by Senator Petera of Box Elder county, and they are numbered 20, 21, 22. 23. 24. 27. 2 and 30.
