Wellington Koo. former for-mer Chinese minister to the I'nlted States, to dedicate a hall In Tains Hua college at Pekln to the memory of the late Ir. Hamilton Wright, It was learned today. In recoirnition of his services to the Chinese government govern-ment In Its efforts to suppress the opium traffic. Dr. Wright represented the United States on the special International commission which met at Shanghai In 1909 to devise measures for blotting blot-ting out the evil snd at the International Interna-tional opium conference at The Hague In 1911-1912. when an agreement wss reached for International .operation .op-eration in checking the traffic.
