Backman, executive secretary of the Salt Lake chamber cham-ber of commerce and president of the association. Albuquerque, N. M., relinquished Its selection to Great Falls In order that the associations conference might be held In the same city as the annual meeting of the National Na-tional Reclamation association. Dates for both meetings remain to be set, Mr. Backman said.
