Jan. 10 UFt-Twa Insurance companies finally have accepted the claim of Mrs. Stella Crater Kuni that her first husband. hus-band. State Supreme Court Justice Jus-tice Joseph Force Crater is dead, her attorney said today, and agreed to pay her a full and final fi-nal Indemnity of 120,561. Crater disappeared August 6, 1939, and was declared legally dead June 6, 1939. The attorney, Emtl K. Ellis, aald Mrs. Kuni had dropped her claim for double Indemnity, because be-cause the law requires medical proof of violent death, in accepting accept-ing the settlement from the Mutual Mu-tual Life Insurance company of New York and the Fidelity In- |
