Jones, attorney. The petition attacks the order on constitutional and other grounds. The wage order, the petitioner alleged, seeks to create a uniform standard covering conditions not uniform. Also attacked were the order's provision for a 42-hour maximum maxi-mum work week, vacation, dismissal dis-missal notice, restricting overtime employment to Saturday, holiday season and emergencies, and pro; hlbiting employment of a past-time worker for less than four hours a day. The law is unconstitutional In that it delegates improper legislative legisla-tive authority to an executive body, the petition said.
