July 24 (UP) "Strip-tease" dancing waa listed among unfair labor practlcea charged against the Clover Fork Coal company, Harlan county, Ky., In a complaint Issued here today by the national labor relations re-lations board. A hearing will be held at Harlan, Har-lan, August 2. Specifically, the "officers and officials of tha company" are charged with having "procured lewd and Immoral women to perform per-form free, indecent exhibitions such as strip and tease dancea and otherwise to engage In gratuitous gratui-tous licentious conduct at times when union meetings were scheduled sched-uled for the purpose of enticing its (the company's) employes from attending the meetings." |
