Show BOARD WILL PRESS ACTION ON SEWER CENTRAL PARK Activities of the Centre! Park town board will continue despite efforts of certain property owners to force disincor-poration, disincor-poration, Milea E. Miller, rown board chairman, said Saturday. Organized purposely to make P W A funds available for construction construc-tion of a sewer system through the town, the group will "proceed as usual" in conducting its official town business. Mr. Miller said. "We are near our goal of obtaining obtain-ing the sewer and it will take more than a petition of a few property owners who do not understand our intent to stop us," Mr. Miller said. 'The district within the boundaries has been condemned in an injunction injunc-tion aerved by the stste department of health, making it mandatory that a sewer be Installed. It must be done one way or tha other, and the 1300,000 P W A fund that will soon be forthcoming is without a doubt the moat logical." |
