Blood Informed In-formed Attorney General Joaaph Chaa that tha M days within which the sanitarium commission, by act of the IMT legislature, must choose a hospital site will expire Monday. It waa expected tha attorney general gen-eral would hold that the act should ba construed reasonably and that no legal threat to the hospital would arise If the commission Is physically unable to select a sits by Monday. Nearly a score of sltsa have been offered and the commission has asserted as-serted It la necessary to Inspect each.
