Show STATE COLLEGE IS IN GROWING CONDITION : . .. ' tJ The board of trustees of the Agricultural Agricul-tural college presented Its biennial report re-port to Gov.. Wells yesterday. Attendance Attend-ance at the college is increasing, the character of the work is improving, and there is a marked growth in all the affairs af-fairs of the Institution. ; ; By strict economy the college has been maintained without a deficit. Few changes have been made in -the corps of Instructors, and a number of additions have been made to meet the growing demands- ot the college. The attendance has Increased phenomenally. phe-nomenally. The increase has been In the agricultural department, 106 per cent: domestic sciences, 140 per cent; Irrigation Ir-rigation and civil engineering, 300 per cent; mechanical arts, 21, and in commerce, com-merce, 109 per cent.
