Show LUNCHEON TO BOYS . . AT THEY, il. C A. Feast Followed by Address From 22. ' O. Jloblnsoa oa Work of ! Jnnion. The ladles, auxiliary ot the Y. M. C A. served a luncheon at noon today to fifty-six' members of the Juniors' and lrftermediates of the association.' The luncheon was prepared that , the boy might have an opportunity of meeting E. G. Robinson of New York, the inter national secretary of the boys' work, and , to fulfill a promise made to the boys several months ago that St dinner would be served to the class 'that succeeded suc-ceeded In bringing In the greatest number num-ber of new members. : The luncheon over, several of the ladies la-dies made a few kindly remarks, after which Mr. Robinson addressed the boys for a half hour or more. Among other oth-er things he said there are 00 boys' departments de-partments in the United States, with a membership of from 70,000 to 80,000. At o'clock he delivered a short talk to mothers along the lines of what they should do to keep their boys out of evil and away from bad influences. |
