Mrs. Coulter, chairman of the Judl-clay Judl-clay committee, said that the members should be able to keep themselves posted on the bills without being provided pro-vided with copies and also held that the printing of bills unfavorably reported re-ported was a needless expense. The Senatorial ballot cut off the debate, de-bate, but the question will probably be settled by amending the present House rules which provide only for the printing print-ing ot bills favorably reported. |
