Show MINING NOTES. The ore and bullion settlements yesterday yes-terday amounted o $93.500. Dr. P A. H." Casey, the copper expert is out with a circular in which he places the stock of copper on hand January 1, 1903, at 279,594.559 pounds, this being "the largest stock ever carried over except that held by the disastrous French syndicate. syn-dicate. It is 62,203,200 pounds in excess of the stock on hand January L 1902." Articles of incorporation of the Federal Fed-eral Gold and Copper Mining company were filed yesterday. The company is Incorporated for $1,000,000. The directors are Heber M. Wells. George W. Whee-lock. Whee-lock. Archibald Stuart B. B. Heywood. E. H. Calllster, Joseph Llppman and E. W. Young. The mining property is situated sit-uated In Beaver county and consists of the Voltaire. Voltaire Nos. 1 and 2, Lafayette, La-fayette, Leifer and Shelp claims. |
