Skillman, president of the State Horticultural Horticul-tural society, In addressing the annual convention of the organization. Dr. J. W. Ward, who last winter led the unsuccessful unsuccess-ful robin fight in the Legislature, today deserted the cause, advising the society ' against reopening a crusade upon which publio opinion -was so overwhelmingly against Trenton.
