Show REBOUND IN WALL STREET NEW YORK. Nov. 2-Prices of stocks today rebounded with the passing fears of a renewal of the Anglo-Russian crisis and the international stocks were prominent prom-inent in the recovery with the exception of a sprinkling of the Pacifies and grangers, grang-ers, which were slightly lower. Amalgamated Amalga-mated Copper was the feature on a sale of 15,000 shares at 72!i and 72i, compared w-ith 714 last night. There were heavy dealings In Union Pacitic at an advance of Westlnghouse Electric. North American, Amer-ican, Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie rose Sugar 1, and Chicago Great Western about a point. Selling orders predominated after the opening and the initial gains were generally gen-erally canceled. Amalgamated Copper reacted re-acted to below 72 and Sugar sold a fraction frac-tion under yesterday's closing. Near 11 o'clock United States Steel preferred was bid up to 82't and the market rallied. Sugar Su-gar and Amalgamated Cupper recovering fully, the latter rising to about 73. Rock laland preferred. Smelting, Colorado Fu-1 und several others advanced 1 to 2. Lackawanna Lack-awanna dropped 7s. Advances reached 1 to in Canadian Pacitic, Erie first and second preferred, Colorado Southern and General Electric and lee preferred, 1 in Central of New Jersey, and 2 in Pacific Mail and Distillers' securities. Erie was bought on a large scale and continued its advance to 178, after the rest of the market mar-ket reacted. Amalgamated Copix-r after touching 73H. reacted ami the local tractions trac-tions and Rock Island preferred fell back a point. Stocks were irregular at noon. Bonds were irregular. Prominent, stocks became reactionary and (Hi 1 1 on the engagement of $2,iQO,0o0 gold for export.
