Show COURT "SUSPENDED" y MARITAL RELATIONS NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 21. An unusual un-usual decree of divorce was handed down by Judge Cordell Hull, who granted Mrs. LiUle Blaxer .a temporary divorce from - bed and board from Alfred Blazer, but retained re-tained the cause in court. . The decree grants Mrs. Blazer the house and lot at 818 Main street, and recites that ','after due consideration the court Is i ' pleased to grant the complainant a divorce di-vorce from bed and board, but the divorce from bed and board granted herein here-in is temporary,' the court reserving the-rlght the-rlght in the future to make such other and further orders in regard to the divorce di-vorce as may seem proper, and for this purpose the cause is hereby retained in court. It is. therefore, ordered that the matrimonial relations heretofore subsist- Ing between the parties to this cause bo for the present suspended." |
