Show CAMPBELL WILL CASE REFERRED TO CpURTS The estate of the late Allan G. Campbell, Camp-bell, owing to different interpretations being placed upon the terms of the will, has been involved in litigation. The will provides that after the sale of a certain portion of the property, Rufus Campbell, a son by a former marriage, is to receive one-sixth, W. B. Stanley, administrator of the estate, one-sixth, and that $100,000 should be paid to Mrs. Campbell, and the balance to be added to the residue of the estate. This sale has been made and Rufus Campbell has brought the matter Into court to secure his portion. Mrs. Campbell is resisting the distribution, distri-bution, on another part of the will, which says tljat no distribution of the estate was to be made until .the -children had attained their majority. . The case was argued yesterday after noon and taken, under advisement by Judge HalL |
