Park City, who are being boycotted at that place. ' . . . . . . Mayor, Chin, had a-Park City Record containing a piece 00 tha matter of .whether the Chinamen who are foreigners foreign-ers should ba given the preference of the American widows and women In that place. It is stated that the Chinamen China-men secure nearly all the washing and laundry work, and the white women can not secure enough work to make a living, Mr. . Chin also had a dodger, which had been generally circulated In Park City, calling attention to the conditions con-ditions in exaggerated, language, on loudly colored paper. Mr. Chin is wy much exercised over the matter and after presenting the Governor with a handful of cigars showed him the article and the poster. Mr. Chin was recommended to present the matter before the Legislature and have a law enacted protecting his fellow-countrymen of the Orient from such outrages in this 8tate. |
