I Mrs. Anna Uadd'son Bradley was coup 3 over to the District court In the sum cf j:C3 for trial on a charge of crir .'r.l conduct preferred by Mrs. Isabel Isa-bel C. Crown, wife of former Senator Arthur Brown, by Judge DIehl this morning. The court proceedings were devoid of sensational features. Mrs. Bradtey appeared ap-peared In court accompanied . by the attorney, A. R. Barnes. When the case was called County Attorney George Westervelt. stated to the court that the State had entered Into an agreement with the attorney for j the defendant, by which the defendant would waive preliminary hearing on i the case known as No. 396, in which the 1 alleged offense was said to have been committed on February 1, 1902, at the Central block, provided the two remain- 1 ing complaints were dismissed. The attorney for the defendant stated that such an agreement was acceptable to him, and' the defendant was Uound , over. I The other complaints were then dls- ! missed. These complaints were known as No. 291, in which the offense charged was alleged to have been committed In the Cullen hotel on September 1, 1902, and the olher was No. 397, and the Dooly block was specified as the place where that offense was alleged to nave been perpetrated. The bondsmen who signed in these cases were discharged, and the bond in the other case was continued. As soon as the court rendered its decision de-cision Mrs. Bradley left the courtroom on the arm of her attorney. |
