Show PHILIP SUTHERLAND DIES JN NEW YORK Only Son of Utah's Congressman Is a Victim of Typhoid Fever While at School. Philip Emerson Sutherland, the only son of former Congressman and Mrs. George Sutherland of Salt Lake, died Monday night, at Concord, N. H.. of typhoid fever. Mr. and Mrs. Sutherland were at the bedside of their son during his last hours, having left the city several days ago In response to a telegram announcing his illness. ill-ness. , Philip Sutherland was known among his student friends aa a young man of unu sual ability. Two sisters, Mrs. Charles Lawrence and Miss Edith Sutherland are left with his parents to mourn. Mr. and Mrs. Sutherland are expected to reach Salt Lake with the body on Saturday. Sat-urday.
