Show STOCKS GO LOWER YET Prices on Wall Street Are Not Up to the Level cfi Tuesday; NEW YORK, June X. The market was generally lower at'the opening today. The coalers led the decline, on account of Intimations In-timations of renewed labor troubles. Stocks bought on the break yesterday were realized on and the declines In the first few minutes reached a point In 6L Paul, Missouri Pacific, Rock Island, Chesapeake Ches-apeake & Ohio, Reading and Delaware ft Hudson. The Canadian group was somewhat some-what steadier, a rise of Z In Twin City Rapid Transit insuring a better tone to the stocks. Minneapolis. St. Paul A Sault Ste. Marie reacted Hi. but recovered partially, par-tially, while the preferred advanced 1. Allis-Ch aimers declined 4; United States-Realty States-Realty preferred gained ltt and St. Louis & San Francisco certificates 1.- Prices of the active stocks were better at 11 o'clock, but not up to yesterday's level. The market became strong on active trading. - Prices advanced to some last night's level and in some cases, notably the coalers, held above. Wabash preferred, pre-ferred, Erie second preferred and a few others gained a point. The gains in Canadian Ca-nadian Pacific reached Mt: Twin City Rapid Transit 4 and Minneapolis. St. Paul & Saulte Ste. Marie preferred 1. Sloss-Shefneld preferred lost 1 but rallied ral-lied to 1 over last night. National Railroad Rail-road of Mexico and Minneapolis & SL Louis lost a point. When selling orders were encountered on the advance the market became dull. Bonds were steady. Buying orders- Were liberally distributed among the active leaders and they advanced ad-vanced a good fraction above last night. St. Paul, Missouri Pacific, Union Pacific and Krle led the movement and were bought in large blocks. Several minor stocks also made substantial gains, including in-cluding St. Joseph and Grand Island first preferred and Toledo, St. Louis and Western stocks. The uplift of prices continued but somewhat some-what unevenly and with occasional pauses as large offerings were met. Gains reached a point or more in St. Paul, Wabash, Wa-bash, Amalgamated Copper, United States Steel preferred. Sugar and some minor stocks.
