Show Stuart Will Upheld. Olympla. 'Wash., June 5. The lower court has upheld the will of Abby H. H. Stuart, founder of women's clubs in the Northwest. Mrs. Stuart died in January. 1902, leaving an estate of over $100,000, which was devised to Mary Lowe Dickinson, Dickin-son, the New York temperance lecturer and authoress; Sarah M. Utt of Los Angeles An-geles and Mrs. Eva Gove of Tacoma. The will was contested by Mrs. Stuart's brother. John G. Hunt, and other relatives living in Massachusetts. |
