Show DENIES REHEARING IN CASE OF JENSEN The National Baseball commission has da. nied the application of the New York Ameri-. can club for rehearing of the case of Irvine Ir-vine Jensen, who waa recently awarded to the Spokane club. Thia means that Jensen will have to play with Spokane next year unless he can get out of it by a revision of the commission's aotion. ' The J"ew York club suggested that Jensen had been treated unjustly in the matter and the testimony was reviewed, but the decision-ot decision-ot retracted.
