' .... - Ia order to enable every voter in the city to familiarize himself with the use of the new voting . machines, fifty-three fifty-three of them have been stationed in various 'parts of the city by the United Unit-ed States Standard Voting Machine company. ' To still further carry out the plan, next Friday . the school children will be furnished , with a copy of "Notice of instruction to voters." to be delivered deliv-ered to their parents. ' There are 30,000 copies of these instructions to be furnished fur-nished the voters so that every one in 1 the city may familiarize himself with the workings of the machine. The machines will be on exhibition until November 1, when' they will be' taken np and be made ready for the election. ' ' . , a t ' ; ' A meeting fpr the instruction of. the election judges was held last evening by Mr. Hamilton, at the city and county coun-ty building. Every citizen should know how to nse the voting machine before election day and any person who does not is neglecting his opportunities.
