It was announced an-nounced yesterday that the attorneys of Mrs. Agnes Meyers, now in jail here under sentence of death for having murdered mur-dered her husband at Kansas City, have deeided to take the case to the United States Supreme court R. B. Ruff is now at Jefferson City for. the purpose of asking one of the State Supreme court Jjostices for a writ of error to I take the case ott up. If 'he fails he will go at once to Washington and attempt to secure the writ there. When told of the move today Mrs. .Myers said: 'I feel hope rising in my breast again, and feel that lam at least on the way to a court where I will get a fair hearing."
