OCR Text	Show ANOTHER IRRIGATION! ' SCHEME SUBMITTED Another big irrigation scheme that is to be launched within a few weeks is on the San Rafael river in Emerv countv. V. C. Ward of New York City and R. M. Johnson of Salt Lake City today filed an application for water rights on the river, but. owing toseveral errors in the application, appli-cation, it will be returned by State Engineer Engi-neer Tanner. The applicant!) declare they will build two canals, one 110,000 feet and the other lOo.OuO feet. The waters diverted di-verted through these canals are to Irrigate Irri-gate 60,000 acres of land. After the necessary nec-essary corrections are made the applications applica-tions will be returned to the State Engineer. Engi-neer. i
