It is alleged in the complaint, which was sworn to by Mrs. Berdle Murray, that both money and ring belonged to her and that her husband used them . v ithout her knowledge or consent. A certified check for J2000 was placed fln the hands of the officers 'as security under the attachment proceedings. |
