Women's Safety Group Grove Meter Fund Use in Traffic Only Ony A reiteration that parking meter revenue should be devoted solely to traffic improvements was voiced Monday afternoon at the monthly meeting of the Women's Safety Council of Salt Lake City at the Civic Center The council which already has gone on record as believing meter funds should be placed paced directly in inthe inthe inthe the traffic division divisio of the public safety department heard a report by Mrs W.
