TAX PAYMENTS COME IN EARLY Income and outgo from Salt Lake county coffers nearly kept pace on Tuesday as scores of taxpayers sought to make yearly payment of af their 1938 taxes An even greater number of election officials crowded crowd crowd- ed the disbursing office to receive their pay for br services at the last elections County Treasurer J. J R. R Jarvis and his staff collected taxes on the first floor of the county building while Auditor Ferrell FerreH H.
