| Show t S S L MAY SEEK TO STRENGTHEN P LAWS Change Would Shift Burden of Proof to Motorists A declaration of authority that parking meters might be necessary to regulate traffic and a new law which will put more teeth into Salt Lake City's parking ordinance may maybe maybe maybe be sought at the next session of the legislature it was revealed Tuesday City Attorney Fisher Harris after a conference with Mayor John M M.
