TWO MISSIONARIES r HONORED AT PARTY AMERICAN FORK FORK FORK-A A missionary missionary missionary mission mission- ary farewell was held last night inthe in inthe the he Alpine stake tabernacle for Elders Phil Jensen and Wayne Mc- Mc Tague who will leave soon for the Danish and Hawaiian missions Elder Jensen will leave for the Danish mission on Thanksgiving day Mr Jensen graduated from the local high school in 1936 where he le won a gold medal for extemporaneous speaking and was very active in dramatics After graduation from high school he attended the Brigham Young university where he ic was a member of the junior varsity debate team as a freshman During his sophomore year he was wasa a member of the debate team and anda a member of the Gold Y underclassmen's underclassmen's underclassmen's under under- classmen's honorary society Elder graduated from the local high school the same year as Mr Jensen and continued school at the Brigham Young university where he was outstanding in ath- ath
