Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Larsen and daughters, Lois and Caroline, visited in Provo with Mr. and Mrs. Pete Larsen and Mrs. Jane Larsen for six days the past week. Dinner guests at the B. K. Smernoff and daughter, Linda Lee, returned August 21 from a week's visit at Denver, Colo., with relatives of Mr. Smernoff; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. N. Mrs. Thomas Fee and son, Paul, left Monday to return to their home at Berkeley, Calif., following follow-ing a five-weeks stay with Mrs. K. Tassainer. Paddy Ann Redmond, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Redmond, Red-mond, enjoyed her eighth birthday birth-day August 18 at a luncheon and theatre party. Their daughter, Miss Frances, plans to leave Saturday to return to nurse's training at Stanford Lane hospital, San Francisco. A delicious two-course luncheon was served. A slumber party was enjoyed Sunday by Bonnie June Olsen, Maureen Ray, Donna Rae Olsen, Jerry Shilling and Marjorie Ben-nion Ben-nion of Salt Lake City at the home of Shirley Rae Mayne. Parsons of Los Angeles arrived Monday to spend three-days visiting at the J. L. McKellar home. Kay and Billy Inglesby, children child-ren of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Inglesby Ingles-by of Tooele, are spending two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Huntsman while their parents visit at Fruita with Dr.. A. L. Inglesby. Joan Huntsman celebrated cele-brated her seventh birthday Wednesday Wed-nesday at a party attended by 12 small friends, all of whom enjoyed en-joyed the games, birthday cake and refreshments. Harlow E. Fennell arrived home Sunday from Long Beach, Calif., where he has been employed em-ployed at Douglas Aircraft . the past eight months, for a visit of indefinite length with his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. E. Hoopes and Mrs. Victor Hoopes, both of Rupert, Ida., left Wednesday to return home after a week's visit with Mrs. Arthur E. Fletcher and Mrs. E. W. Fennell. O.W. Hoopes of Chattanooga, Tenn., left Wednesday to return home after several weeks' stay in Copperton and Salt Lake City. The twelfth wedding anniversary anniver-sary of Mr. and Mrs. William Ab-lett Ab-lett was celebrated Sunday at their home at a dinner enjoyed by the couple, their daughter, Patricia, and guests, Mrs. Annie Ablett of Canon City, Colo., Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Coupe of Hai-leyville, Hai-leyville, Okla., and Mr. and Mrs, Victor Bononcini and dau"hter Carol Ann.
