B Shields filed a request in district district dis dis- dis court here to have Fotos Fotos' naturalization naturalization naturalization nat nat- papers revoked The revocation proceedings made madeno no menton of Fotos' Fotos indictment and conviction in the Ogden conspiracy case but instead is based on the fact that he failed to state the correct number of times he was arrested prior to lo Issuance of naturalization papers in 1924 At that time according to the complaint com corn plaint Fotos told the judge he had been arrested twice in 1921 once for carrying concealed weapons for which he was fined 60 and once on onan onan an assault charge of which he later was acquitted That same year however however however how how- ever records show that Fotos was arrested twice for vagrancy and failed to make mention of this in the naturalization proceedings the c complaint corn com m. m plaint said Fotos was Indicted with several other Ogden men including some city officials in March and on l May lay ay 22 was sentenced to six months in jail jaU but has escaped sentence through a stay of ex execution 1 I
