G Durnell and the National National National Na Na- Surety company his sureties for damages to the charac character r of the Carlisle family incurred when the sheriffs sheriff's deputies conducted an alleged unlawful l raid at their home in search of liquor The raid was made In search of liquor b but l ri no liquor was found the suit alleges small A-small small still was found on the property properLy however Sheriff Durnell stated Wednesday The search of the place was made In response to complaints the sher iff said and the regular procedure in such cases took place George Loveless Lovele s Reuben Christensen Christen Christen- sen Walter Durrant and John Evans deputies made the search on May 17 after obtaining a search arch warrant
