Round Over. Brother John Jones or WooJIand, Summit County, who was brought to this city about ten days ago by deputy marshals charged with unlawful un-lawful coliabllatlou, was arraigned for examination before Comml-sion-er Grecnman this forenoon. There were present as wltncses, George Ellis Mrs. 8. J. Russell and Mrs. Mary Russell, all or Woodlaud. The defendant changed bis plea of not guilty to oue ot guilty, and no evidence was, therefore taken. Tho witnesses were conducted, bv Commissioner Com-missioner Greenmui, into the marshal's mar-shal's office, and were piIJ their fees and mileage. Tho dtfcndaut 1 was released on ball.
