Show MAPLETON NATIVE 4 DIES AT HOME IN SPANISH FORK Mrs. Belva Gallup Bowen, 61, wife of James M. Bowen, former resident of Mapleton, died at their home in Spanish Fork last Friday Fri-day of a heart ailment. She was born at Mapleton Feb. 25, 1886, a daughter of James and Eleanor Warren Gallup, and had made her home1 in Spanish Fork for the last twenty-five years. She is survived by her husband, Spanish Fork; and nine sons and daughters, Jesse G. and David S. Bowen of Provo, J. Russell, Donald Don-ald and Wendell Bowen of Salt Lake City, Lt. Robert Bowen, U. S. Army, Fort Dix, N.- J.; Darwin Bowen, Mrs. Genevieve Williams and Lile Rae Bowen, Spanish Fork, ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Ardella Perry and Mrs. Melinda Bird, Mapleton; Mrs. Grace Vincent, Mrs. Charles Wignall and Arthur L. Gallup, Provo; Mrs. Millie Wood and Mrs. Augusta Wood, Farmington, and A. L. Gallup, Rosemary, Alberta, Canada. |
