McKenzie of Seattle, Wash., visited his mother, Mrs. Grace McKenzie, and other relatives rela-tives in Springville Sunday, en-route en-route from Chicago, 111., to Washington, Wash-ington, D. C. ' Mrs. Henrietta Harmer is spending a few days with rela-ives rela-ives in Salt Lake City. Later, she expects to go to California for a visit. m Mrs. Iva Waters is sendping a week at Layton with her sister, Mrs. Bessie Stevens, and family. Mrs. Stevens is recovering from a recent major operation which she underwent at a Salt Lake hospital. hospi-tal. Mrs. George Roylance spent a few days of the past week with her daughter, Mrs. Samuel Sper-ry, Sper-ry, and family at Nephi. Mrs. Nell C. Swartsfager of San Francisco, Calif., returned home Tuesday after a few days' visit here with her father, John Clark, who has been ill. She also visited her brohter, Frank Clark, and family, her siser, Mrs. W. K. Johnson, and family and other relative and friends. Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Bonsper haxe returned to their home in Springville after spending several week in New York City. mm Mrs. Shirley B. Peterson came from Texas recently to visit her parent, Mr, and Mrs. Frank Berrett. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy E. Larsen and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Diamond Dia-mond Lucas and family have returned re-turned from a trip to Idaho. They visited relatives at Howe and en-route en-route home stopped at Selly to visit an 81-year-old uncle, A. F. W. Larsen. Mrs. Bill Peterson (LuRee Bird) left Sunday for Fort Sill, Okla., to join her husband who is stationed sta-tioned there with the Army. M M Mr. and Mrs. Leon Bird and family are moving to Salt Lake City where Mr. Bird expects to go into business. Pfc. Verl Weight is spending two days of the week with his father, Fred Weight and family and other relatives. He is enroute from a convalescent hospital in Camp Carson, Colo., to Bushnell Hospital. i |
