Of course this is nonsense but it gets a lot of folks excited. It is the basis weapon of the emotion-selves emotion-selves into a fine fervor, perspire slI monologists. They work them-freely them-freely and after indicting the human hu-man race, describing its perils and pointing the way to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, they imagine they have made an outstanding out-standing contribution to the general gener-al welfare. FRANCO KNOWS ABOUT THE WAR . . . Generalissimo Francisco Franco, Fran-co, the Dictator of Spain, denies that he supported Nazi or Fascist policies, declaring that "we condemned con-demned all the persecutions that were carried out by those coun-trie" coun-trie" and insisting that "Spain wasn't influenced by Germany and Italy." The Dictator insists that he has to get the Cortes to approve every law he wishes to put into effect and that Spain is headed for absolute abso-lute democracy but "must proceed slowly, step by step, until the people are properly prepared."
