Show , oo Springville Plays Juab Here Friday In "Must" Game for Red Devils SIIS Hoopsters Need Win To Keep In Running For Tourney Berth; Sophomore Game Scheduled For 6:30 After a week's layoff in league play, the Springville Spring-ville Red Devils will open up the second half play m Nebo against the strong Juab stinging Wasps. The game is set for Friday night in mc Springville gym, following a Sophomore Soph-omore battle at 6:30 p. m. Springville high's Devils have lost three games to date and must ' win Friday to keep in the running for a tourney post. Juab, which won the game from Springville on their home court, has lost but one game to date, and if they can defeat de-feat the Devils Friday, will almost have a second place rating cinched. Spanish Fork holds the lead with four straight wins. Koal Bull In Anticipated . . . When the two clubs line up Friday, Fri-day, both in the Sophomore game as well as the main bout, a very interesting and hard-fought battle is anticipated. Led by big Bean, center for the Wasps, the Juab club has a formidable scoring punch, coupled with a balanced outfit. Springville will be relying on teamwork plus the basket making mak-ing ability of Sanford and Smith to pull them over the top. Picking a winner in this game is like forecasting no more snow.
