Show Armed Forces Local Man Writes From Burma Springville Herald, Dear Sirs: I am now stationed in Burma. This is the first Herald I have received in over a year. It is dated Jan. 25. I have moved so many times in the past six months it is hard for mail to catch up. Your paper rates right next to mail from home. Two of the boys I used to know very well had a writeup in this issue. They are Sgt. Clarence Taylor Tay-lor and Berton Johnson. It seems good just to read names of people you used to know. There isn't much to say about the "Forgotten Front" because the Japs have been driven out of Burma now. In closing let me recommend the picture, "Objective Burma". That was one of the major battles bat-tles in Burma. Respectively yours, B. L. Losee. Gets Air Medal Lt. David Alleman Lt.
