Wade of Salt Lake City visited during the week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Senior. Mr. and Mrs. Dell Humphrey spent several days of the past week at Rexburg, Ida., where they were called because of the serious illness of Mr. Humphrey's mother. Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Jacobsen and children visiteci.the past week with relatives and friends at Cedar Ced-ar City. Mr. and Mrs. George D. Clyde of Logan were guests during the week of Mrs. Clyde's parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Packard, and other relatives and friends in Springville. Spring-ville. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fry have recently returned from an enjoyable enjoy-able trip to Los Angeles and other oth-er points of interest in California. Mr. and Mrs. D. Ford Crandall of Salt Lake City, visited here on Memorial Day with his mother, Mrs. D. A. Crandall, and other relatives and friends. Mrs. Leona Dalbey and two children are visiting Mrs. Dalbeys parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Sum-sion. Sum-sion. They are from Linda Vesta, Ves-ta, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Roylance of Salt' Lake City were guests of Mrs. S. L. Mendenhall, Sr., last Wednesday, Memorial Day. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Boyer and daughter of Salt Lake City, were among Memorial Day visitors in Springville. Mrs. Ruth Brinton and little son Michael arrived here by plane recently from San Francisco, Cal., to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sanford, and other relatives rela-tives and friends. - Mrs. Rolfe Griffith and children of California, are spending a vacation vaca-tion with Mrs. Annie G. Porter and other relatives in this city. Mrs. W. W. Clyde and daughters, daugh-ters, Louise and Carol, left Sunday Sun-day for New York City, to spend three weeks with another daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Illah C. Bird. Mrs. Mary Huish and son Jim of Berkeley, Calif., is visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Bird, and other relatives in this city. Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Bird and daughters, of Midvale, were the guests of Mrs. May Bird on Memorial Me-morial Day. .- Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hansen of Salt Lake City, visited her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Weight, last week. Mr. and Mrs. M-W. Bird had as their dinner guests Sunday, Mrs. Eleanor K. Anderson of Washington, Washing-ton, D. C, and her sister, Connie Kelly of Los Angeles, Calif. Mrs. Ed. Jolley accompanied her husband to Los Angeles, Calif., on his return from a leave spent here. They will visit his relatives in Los Angeles and also places of interest inter-est in San Francisco, where he will be reassigned to duty. Among those who attended the board meeting of the State Federation Fed-eration of Women's clubs, meeting in Salt Lake City last week, were Mrs. H. M. Weight, Mrs. Ronald Thorpe, Mrs. Harrison Conover, Mrs. Mae Huntington, Mrs. Harold Har-old Christensen, and Mrs. F. C. Packard. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Masters, Mas-ters, their daughters, Miss Annie Masters and Mrs. Phoebe Sida-way Sida-way and son of Bingham, visited at the home of Mrs. Sarah Pal-freyman Pal-freyman here on Memorial day. They also visited other relatives and friends in the city. Mrs. James McCardell of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Amanda Whicker of Delta, are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bunker and other relatives and friends in Springville. Alzada Wilmott left Tuesday for Idaho, where she will visit a week and then go to Logan to attend summer school. Alberta and Zella Wilmott, the daughters of Mrs. Fred Wilmott, are spending several weeks at Magna with their cousins, Helen and Ray Brown. Mrs. RaNae C. Curtis and son are in Silver Dale, Wash., visiting their husband and father, S 1c Carl Curtis. Mrs. Charles Franks and Mrs. Wm. Tull left last week to accompany accom-pany Mrs. Franks' father back to his home in Montana. He had been visiting here with his daughter and was taken ill while at his daughter's home.
