Show PRE-COMBAT TRAINING The Army has put into effect legislation requiring that 18-year-old inductees have at least six months' training before being sent into combat. Men under 19 who are overseas and not already in combat service will receive any necessary additional training wherever they are. All men of that age in this country will be given six months' training and men in ports or aboard ships in transit will receive any necessary additional addi-tional training upon arrival at their destinations. |
