It tells whether you are vibrant with health, youth and happiness, or only half alive. There can be no real physical beauty without health. All the organs or-gans of the body must be functioning func-tioning harmoniously. Money cannot can-not buy health, and yet lt is the most valuable possession a person can have. Health is beauty. When health vanishes, beauty goes with it. And while you have this treasure, you must guard it well for whence once lost it may never return. If you want to regain or keep perfect health, you have an individual work to do for yourself. Lines and wrinkles are nature's language which reveals the character char-acter of the thoughts and emotions which have been imprinting themselves them-selves upon the facial muscles throughout the year. Around the eyes these lines are most noticeable, notice-able, and it is remarkable the way they will tell observers the kind of person that is back of them. Lines of. expression once acquired ac-quired are often permanent. How very important it is to think kind 'thoughts that will chisel benevolence benevo-lence and goodness upon your countenance. This, is far more to be desired than mere physical beauty. We often see faces that God created to be beautiful, which the ownes have spoiled by selfishness, covetousness, envy and other unlovely un-lovely traits. For such faces no amount of external beauty treatments treat-ments can help. Nothing but a complete change of heart can help and nothing but complete change of heart can avail to remodel the repellant, soured countenances into in-to an attractive one. Cultivate a happy joyous disposition. dispo-sition. Happiness in the heart will not only make life worth living, but it is a great beautifier. Even little children will look into your face and see goodness there. Then they will trust you. People will instinctively be drawn to you. Although Al-though you have rugged features, a beautiful spirit will shine out through your expression. We cannot circumvent nature. If we disregard her laws in any way, we pay the penalty. The best remedy for really disagreeable wrinkles and the permant aging of the face is by obedience to nature's na-ture's physical and spiritual laws. |
