Disabled American Veterans national service officer trainee Dexter Brown, who lost right arm during invasion of France, is one of a limited number of "guinea pigs" testing new artificial arti-ficial arms. The new arm has an automatically operated elbow which allows great dexterity. Brown presents a corsage to his wife, who is also the daughter and niece of amputees. As DAV national service officer he will help disabled veterans in compensation, hospital and job problems. |
