Show FUNERAL FRIDAY FOR MRS. HARMER Funeral services will be conducted conduct-ed Friday at 2 p. m., in the Second ward chapel for Mrs. Estella Blackett Scovil Harmer, who died Tuesday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Gagon, in Provo where she had lived for the past three years. Bishop Oliver Dalton will be in charge of the services. Friends may call at the Claudin funeral home in Provo Thursday evening and at the family residence resi-dence at 604 South Main street in Springville, before the services. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery. Mrs. Harmer was born in Springville Spring-ville Dec. 25, 1877, a daughter of Robert and Matilda Ostler Blackett. Black-ett. She was married to LeRoy Scovil in 1895, at Springville, and he died in 191L Later she was married to Joseph W. Harmer, who died in 1943. Survivors include the following sons and daughters, Robert Scovil, Douglas Harmer, Mrs. Emil (Helen) (Hel-en) Thalman, Mrs. Joseph (Gladys) (Glad-ys) Gagon, all of Provo; Mrs. J. R. (Birdie) Vann, Glendale, Calif.; Mrs. Leslie J. (Hazel) Bate and Vlao Scovil, Burley, Idaho; two sisters, Mrs. Zella Carter, Springville Spring-ville and Mrs. Jennie Wilsted, Salt Lake City. There are also fifteen grandchildren and four, great-children. |
