Show COMM. CHURCH TO OBSERVE MOTHER'S DAY "Mother's Day" will be the subject sub-ject of special church services Sunday In the Community Presbyterian Presby-terian church beginning at 7:30 p. m. Reverend Ellas Jones will preach a sermon on the topic, "A Great Woman." The choir will sing "Home," by McNaughton. Other musical numbers will be a vocal solo, "Mother," Mrs. Edith lilanchai d ; a duet, "That Wonderful Wonder-ful Mother of Mine." Mrs. Charles Franks and Mis. D. B. Welch. The public Is cordially Invited to attend the services. Reverend Jones makes this forceful statement about mothers: "No nation has ever risen in character char-acter above the standards of its womanhood. Napoleon once said, 'Fiance needs nothing so much to promote her regeneration as good mothers.' We may have our own personal opinions; we may have our own Ideas as to the best plan lor the future of our nation, but, In God's marvelous economy the woman holds the key to the situation. situa-tion.
