Show J. W. SESSIONS TO SPEAK AT KIWANIS TONIGHT Professor J. Wylie Sessions of Brigham Young University Religious Reli-gious Education department, will be guest speaker at the regular weekly Kiwanis meeting tonight, with Joseph Olsen acting as toast-master. toast-master. Professor Sessions will speak on the subject "The Church." Mrs. Fay Packard will sing 'a' and 'b' numbers of a religious nature as the feature of the musical program. pro-gram. Last week, W. J. O'Bryant of ; Spanish Fork, recently appointed district manager of the Utah-Idaho Sugar company, was the main speaker at a banquet for farmers, farm-ers, Future Farmers, and 4-H club members. Approximately 200 men and boys attended. C. J. Cobbley, agriculture su- perintendent of the sugar company, com-pany, was a special guest William Shriner entertained with vocal solos. Attendance prizes including five cases of canned foods contributed contri-buted by the Eddlnton Canning company and four bags of sugar from the Utah-Idaho Sugar company com-pany were awarded. The banquet was in charge of the Kiwanis agriculture committee commit-tee composed of Yern Crandall, S. J. Boyer, and Ed. Clyde, with Ed. Clyde acting as toastmaster. |
