Show ception Honors Local Couple Honoring Mr. and Mrs. Melvin J. Teasdale (Elaine Cutler) who were wed recently, a reception was held in the Third ward amusement amuse-ment hall last Thursday evening. The bride was attractively attired at-tired in a pink silk net and carried car-ried a bouquet of rosebuds and lillies. Her attendants were Amy Teasdale, sister of the groom, as maid of honor, and Mrs. Harold Miner, sister of the Groom, as matron of honor. The bridemaids were Ferl Moulton, Norma Thorpe and Shirley Wheeler who were gowned in pastel-colored formals with matching corsages.. Jay Newman New-man was best man. In the receiving line were parents par-ents of the bride and groom and members of the wedding party. The entertainment consistd of a program in charge of Merle Sargent, Sar-gent, toastmaster, also refreshments refresh-ments and dancing. Approximately 250 relatives and friends attended. Pfc. Teasdale left early in the week to return to the army camp at MacDill Field near Tampa, Fla. and Mrs. Teasdale will remain here for the present. |
