It is now proposed pro-posed to divert .06 sec. ft. from Apr. 15 to Nov. 30 at a point N. 89 44' E. 7870.9 ft. from the W Cor. Sec. 33, T. 7 S., R. 4 E. by means of a concrete headbox and 2,279 ft. of 3-in., 2-in., 1-in. and -in. pipe and used for domestic and recreational purposes at the Cherry Creek G. S. and campground camp-ground located in the NW4 Sec. 34, T. 7 S., R. 4 E. The water not consumed will be returned to the natural channel at the above described de-scribed point. Sec. 24, T. 7 S., R. 4 E. by means of a concrete headbox and 1,435 ft. of 3-in., 2-in. and 1-in. pipe, and used for domestic and recreational purposes at the Balsam Bal-sam Campground located in the NW Sec. 20, T. 7 S., R. 5 15. The water not consumed will be returned re-turned to the natural channel at the above described point.
